Who we are

Maquinable, an agent-readiness and GEO studio based in Montevideo, Uruguay (postal code 11000). Contact: hola@maquinable.com.

What data we handle

This site uses no cookies, no third-party analytics and does not track its visitors. You can browse all of it without any personal data of yours being recorded.

If you email us, we handle the data you give us yourself: your email address, the name you sign with, the website you ask about and anything else you choose to include in the message.

If you use the form at /en/request or /pedir, we store what you write in it (name, email, website and message), your scan score if you ran one first, where the visit came from when the link says so (for example, ?ref=claude-plugin), the approximate country our hosting provider derives from your IP address, and your browser identifier. This data is stored on the infrastructure of Cloudflare, our hosting provider, and we receive an email notice with it. The form uses no cookies and only sends data when you press Send.

If you use the scan on the home page, the domain you type is sent to Ora, the independent scanner that does the measurement, so it can analyze it or return a recent result. Only the domain is sent, without your name, email or any other data. Ora handles that request under its own privacy policy.

What we use it for

Only to answer your inquiry, prepare the scan you asked for and, if you hire a project, manage and invoice it. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or of pre-contractual steps taken at your request. We do not sell, transfer or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes, and we do not use the data you give us to send you communications you did not ask for.

If we write to you first

We sometimes contact, on our own initiative, businesses whose websites we have analyzed, by email or through the contact form on their own website, to offer them the scan. In that case we handle your name, your job title, your work email and your company's name and website. We obtain them from public sources, such as your company's own website, and from commercial databases of professional contacts. The technical analysis of your website covers public pages only.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in offering a service related to your company's professional activity. If you do not reply, we delete that data 12 months after the first contact. If you ask us not to write again, just reply "no" or write to hola@maquinable.com: we stop contacting you and keep only your email address on a suppression list, so we never write to you again.

How long we keep it

Form data and the notices it generates are kept for 12 months from receipt and then deleted. If you hire a project, the correspondence is kept for as long as the business relationship lasts and for the periods required by applicable tax and accounting rules. After that, it is deleted.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability of and objection to the processing of your personal data by writing to hola@maquinable.com. We will handle your request within the legal time limits. If you live in the European Union and believe the processing does not comply with the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country.
